Space.s reimagined the Money Forward Vietnam office as a narrative-driven workspace inspired by nature and the cosmos. Guided by the “Multiverse Station” concept, the design transforms five floors into an emotional journey blending flowing forms, immersive transitions, and functional zones to support creativity, well-being, and the future of work.

A Vision Rooted in Innovation and Identity
Located in Thu Duc City, the new headquarters of Money Forward Vietnam marks a strategic shift from conventional workplace planning to experiential design. As a technology company driven by innovation and a youthful spirit, Money Forward sought a workspace that could express its brand identity while nurturing a collaborative and flexible working culture. Space.s responded with a bold, narrative-led approach that reflects the company's values and ambitions.
The Concept: A Multiverse Station
At the heart of the design lies the concept of Multiverse Station, a metaphorical journey through distinct spatial experiences, where each level of the building represents a different realm of nature and imagination. The idea was to create a workspace that doesn’t just serve a function but also sparks emotion, reflection, and inspiration throughout the workday.
A Seamless Spatial Journey
The workspace unfolds vertically, starting with an open reception and flexible stage area for events on the ground floor, continuing with layered work zones, collaborative rooms, and quiet nooks across the middle floors, and culminating in a rooftop garden and multifunctional workshop area. Each transition between floors is designed to evoke a change in atmosphere, shifting from grounding, energizing, calming, to expansive, mirroring the rhythms of work and creativity.
Function Meets Emotion
Beyond aesthetics, every spatial decision was made to enhance employee experience. Meeting rooms are adorned with abstract decals that subtly reinforce each floor’s mood. Focus rooms are acoustically enhanced for deep work. The inclusion of nap rooms, game rooms, and open lounges creates a well-rounded environment where well-being is a priority. Lighting, materials, and zoning strategies work in harmony to deliver a balanced ecosystem for productivity and engagement.
Design as a Storytelling Medium
More than a physical space, the Money Forward Vietnam office is a spatial narrative a place where design becomes a storytelling tool. As employees move through each area, they are invited to “see things from a different perspective,” reflecting Money Forward’s own commitment to innovation and human-centered technology. This narrative quality sets the project apart, proving that thoughtful design can turn a workplace into a journey of discovery.
