Hallmark Cards is a world-renowned brand in greeting cards and gift products, with a long-standing mission: to help people connect emotionally and meaningfully. As Hallmark expands its presence in Vietnam, the brand envisioned a new office that goes far beyond a conventional workplace one that becomes a physical reflection of its core values and cultural sensitivity.

Design Narrative

At the heart of the design is the concept of "River Flow" - a metaphor for seamless connection, natural movement, and harmonious energy. The space is sculpted with soft curves and flowing lines, offering a gentle rhythm that encourages both focus and creativity. This organic form of language is aesthetically pleasing and reinforces Hallmark’s belief in emotional flow and human connection.

Bridging Global Vision with Local Culture

The design thoughtfully incorporates Vietnamese cultural touches, creating a distinctive identity that resonates with local employees while staying true to the global Hallmark brand. This balance of global sophistication and local authenticity adds depth and meaning to the overall experience, making the space feel both familiar and aspirational.

Smart Layouts for a Dynamic Workforce

Space.s translated Hallmark’s vision into an agile and human-centric environment where every detail serves a purpose. The office features flexible work zones that accommodate various working styles, from individual focus to collaborative teamwork. Modern meeting rooms are designed to encourage open dialogue and creative exchange, while a cozy, welcoming pantry area fosters informal interactions and moments of relaxation. The entire layout promotes a seamless workflow and a culture of connection—making the workplace not only functional but emotionally resonant.

Materiality & Brand Expression

The palette is warm and welcoming, enriched with tactile materials and carefully selected textures. Natural woods, soft fabrics, and subtle lighting help to translate Hallmark’s brand personality into a spatial experience emotional, inspiring, and grounded in human values.
