ATEAM Inc. is a global technology and entertainment company based in Japan, renowned for its development of mobile games, IT services, and digital content. As part of its expansion in Southeast Asia, ATEAM established its Vietnam office with a vision of building an efficient, creative, and talent-attracting workspace, one that matches the company’s dynamic and innovative DNA.
Design Strategy: Functional, Creative, and Human-Centric
Space.s approached this project with a deep understanding of ATEAM's values and its commitment to both employee well-being and creative excellence. The design concept was built around “Creative Efficiency”, incorporating minimalist Japanese aesthetics with a modern, agile workspace style that promotes innovation and collaboration.
Natural light is maximized through an open layout, while a neutral color scheme with bold accents subtly reflects the digital and gaming industry. Every detail from acoustic control to flexible seating was considered to support ATEAM’s fast-paced and idea-driven culture.
Creative Efficiency – Optimized Design with Purpose
Understanding ATEAM’s unique blend of creativity and precision, Space.s developed a design concept centered around “Creative Efficiency”, where every square meter serves both function and inspiration. The layout combines dedicated work zones, breakout areas, and modern meeting rooms to support various working styles, from focused individual tasks to dynamic group collaboration.
Natural light is maximized through an open floor plan, while custom lighting and an open ceiling design bring a sense of spaciousness and movement to the office. The pantry zone, designed with calming natural elements and a warm color palette, offers a cozy spot for employees to relax, recharge, and connect. Custom-branded elements are subtly integrated throughout the space, reinforcing ATEAM’s identity without overwhelming the minimalist aesthetic. In addition, thoughtful acoustic treatments and ergonomic furniture ensure comfort and focus, fostering a workplace that supports both performance and well-being.
