Pre Construction

Project meeting to explain the budgets, timeline and materials to clients/ Confirm the construction drawings.

(Step 6)

Construction Period

Weekly site check and meeting to report and update with clients on the project's status.

(Step 7)

Close Out

Check and fix the defects/ Complete payment with client/ Transfer the project to Space.S Customer Service Department.
